Evening Routine & Bedtime Ritual

Spend a few minutes to reflect on the tasks you would like to accomplish the following day.
Reflect on the tasks you completed, and your achievements and accomplishments.
Write down the tasks you need to complete the following day, label each task with its priority.
The best results are realized if you set an alarm for one hour before bedtime.
Black out curtains to block out light.
Avoid meals, lights, sounds, screens, exercise, and too much water.
Use plain water, or use soaking lotions, bath salt, Epsom salt, or essential oils.
Use peppermint, lemon, and/or honey for sweetening and flavoring.
Use a physical hard copy book, not a digital version of a book.
